FAQ

What are Escape Games?

Escape Games are real life interactive game rooms where you must work along with your team to complete a set of challenges which include puzzles, clues and tasks with the goal of escaping the room within the hour.

When should I arrive?

You should try to reach our location 15 minutes before your start time so that we have time for an introduction as well as toilet breaks.

Are we locked inside? Can we come out in the middle of the game?

You’re not truly locked inside, should the need arise, you will be able to get out quickly.

How old do you have to be to play?

Although our games are designed for adults we provide all teams with hints should they need them. If children are playing without adults, they can request more hints to help them. We do recommend players to be above 12 years old.

Will our reservation be grouped with others?

All reservations are private so you can come with a group of 2 or a group 6 and be assured you will remain with your team.

We’ve never done something like this before. Are we in trouble?

As long as you’re willing to try out something new and challenge yourself, you will enjoy our games. They are designed to require you to think outside the box, and use elements of the room to eventually escape. Everything you need to get out is within the game.

Are there cameras in the room?

Yes. The cameras are used by Game Masters to monitor your experience and provide help when required. We are also able to give you a flash drive with a recording of your experience to take home for an additional fee.

Can i just show up?

You’re welcome to turn up. We have a slot open for either one of the games every 30 minutes, however we encourage you to call to ask for openings so as to save yourself any unnecessary waiting time. If our rooms are busy, you’re welcome to try your hand at our puzzle lobby or our scavenger hunt on site!

Can just two people play?

Of course! All our games are designed so that a group of 2-6 players can play a single game at a time. However, due to the fact that we have built our games inside containers, we recommend no more than 4 people in a team.
